Tom is a British Canoe Union (BCU) 4 star coach and has helped greenhorns and experienced paddlers with technique, smart paddling, and safety instruction for years.

Trained on the raging waters of Lake Michigan and in the North Sea off the coast of England, Tom has put some serious time in on the water.  Through his experiences and coaching he has helped many paddlers get more comfortable with their paddling and more comfortable at reading rivers, tides, and sea conditions.  The more you know the further you will venture in your boat and the safer you will be.
